Island Essence was created by Denise and Martin Diamond who met on Maui over 35 years ago. She is an authority on the cosmetic and therapeutic uses of flowers and plants and has authored The Complete Book of Flowers, a wonderful guide for bringing flowers into your daily life. Martin’s expertise involves over thirty years of entrepreneurial business experience. They co-founded one of the first natural skin care companies in California in the 1970’s.

Island Essence uses no animal ingredients and does not test on animals. We use a minimum of packaging and whenever possible, we use recycled and recyclable materials. A portion of our proceeds is donated to environmental and cultural groups. Please join us in doing whatever you can to help our environment and our world.
