To the US MAINLAND
We are sure that you would prefer to purchase products than to spend a lot on shipping charges so we try to find the very best shipping price we can for our customers. We are always looking for the most competitive rates. With that in mind, we currently ship with Federal Express, which has proven to be dependable, quick and reliable.

Federal Express no longer requires a signature for delivery. If this is a service that you would like, there is an additional charge. Please contact us at 888 878 3800 if you would like more information about this option.

Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Shipments to Alaska are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail, which may take a few days longer than Federal Express.

Shipping charges for baskets will be charged according to actual weight and dimensions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship our products all over the world!

The shipping prices quoted on our website are for shipments within the United States only. We do ship packages internationally, however, we will need to pack and weigh your order and research the best rate we can get for you. Once we have that information, we will e-mail you with an estimate of the shipping cost for your order. You can then let us know how you want us to proceed with your order.

Please keep in mind that any quoted international shipping charge DOES NOT include customs, duties, or taxes charged by other countries.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to check with your country’s customs office to find out what restrictions they might have on the items that you are ordering.

Want something to arrive in time for a holiday or a special event?
If you want your products/gifts to arrive by a certain date, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request. To insure that your order arrives on time, we appreciate your placing your order AT LEAST 10 days prior to the desired delivery date.

In the comments section on the order form, please do let us know the date you will need your gift to arrive by.

If you’d like us to include a complimentary hand-written gift message with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the appropriate section during checkout. We’ll be happy to inscribe one of our beautiful gift cards with your sentiments.
