Q. I see that some items are on Sale. Do I get my wholesale discount on top of that sale price?
A. Unfortunately, sale items are meant for our Retail Customers. Sometimes we offer them promotional codes and sometimes we change the prices of the products as a temporary sales campaign for Retail Customers. If you purchase when a product is on sale, we will email you with the correct pricing and submit an invoice for you to pay the difference.

Q. Is Island Essence certified organic? 
A.
No, we try to use organic whenever possible--if not, we use natural ingredients inspired by Hawaii, and try to source those ingredients locally whenever available.

Q. Is Island Essence Vegan?
A. Yes, with one exception--our Goat's Milk Soap featured in our Naturals Soap Collection.

    Q. Are Island Essence products responsibly made?
    A. Yes.  We are a small, family-owned company in Hawaii and, as well as having ethical labor practices, we pride ourselves in offering flexible work options for working mothers.  We try to be responsible with our energy and water resources, as well as using ingredients that are good for the environment and locally sourced whenever possible. 

    Q. What is the shelf life of Island Essence products?

    This varies by product, as indicated on the labels.  Lotions, OIls & Soaps generally have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.  Body Butters & Bath Crystals--6 months.

    A. When your Wholesale Application is approved, you will be given access to your personal online wholesale account,  where you can place your orders, track shipments and make adjustments at any time.

    Q. Is shipping free?
    A. We offer free U.S. Shipping to customers that spend over $300. Any orders under $300 will pay shipping based on the weight of the order.
    Note: International orders are charged normal shipping based on weight.

    Q. Do you ship internationally?
    A. Yes, prices vary by country and weight and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

    Q. How long does it take to get my order?
    A. Shipping times vary depending on where you are. USA shipments on average will arrive within 7 days or less, international orders can take up to one month.

    A. If your customer is not satisfied with the product and returns it to you, we will take it back and issue you a credit on your account.
    This allows you to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to your customers.
