The Story: With the help of Chef Marc Valles, Big Island Mike created this island-influenced BBQ sauce. Hints of spice, mango for sweetness, and a lot of a flavor.  Made in Hawaii.

The Ingredients:  ketchup, molasses, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, mango puree', liquid smoke, kosher salt
