The Chocolate:  The Manoa Chocolate Coffee Bar is a bean-to-bar chocolate from an award-winning chocolate factory on Oahu. Each bar is crafted from ethically sourced cacao and the highest quality ingredients.  2.1oz.  Photo of the updated breakfast bar, now called Kopa Coffee is shown separately below.

The Story of Cacao: Hawaii is the only state in the U.S. with a climate appropriate for cultivating the tropical fruit tree Theobroma Cacao. Bean to Bar is a movement in the chocolate industry where the finest quality dried beans are crafted into chocolate under one roof.  As well as emphasizing quality over quantity, bean to bar chocolate makers like Manoa are defined by direct trade with cacao farms across the world, paying socially responsible prices.

Ingredients:  60% dark milk chocolate. Ingredients: cacao, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk powder, cocoa butter, coffee. 2.1oz (60g) bar. Contains milk. For maximum flavor, store and eat chocolate at 65-70° F.

Island Soaps:  Featuring 5 mini-soaps lovingly made using coffee from each of the 5 main islands—Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai, Maui and Molokai.  Perfect for the guest bathroom or as a hostess gift!  All Island Essence soaps are handcrafted with aloha on Maui. 6oz.  The soap collection is tucked into our new sisal soap savers.
