Shipping policy

Domestic shipping in the U.S. is free with a purchase of $75 or more.  During specific promotions, the terms for free shipping may change.

Our items are handcrafted and hand poured.  Please allow 7-10 days for your shipment to arrive within the United States.  Our aim is to get orders out within 3 days of receiving an order--this is not always possible during busy times.  We can also process more quickly!

Your shipment may be sent via Fedex or USPS.  Please include your telephone number with your order in case we send Fedex--this will allow Fedex to contact you if needed.  If you have a PO Box, we are unable to ship via Fedex.

To estimate shipping costs, click the estimate shipping button in your cart.  Based on your address, and your order, this will allow you to select your shipping options--Economy, Priority Mail, Fedex--and will display shipping costs.

International Shipping--please use the estimate shipping button for your shipping costs.  We cannot guarantee international shipping times.  However, please be aware that the country you live in may charge extra fees when importing items from another country.  Also, we cannot accept returns if you are an international customer, unless you are willing to assume all shipping costs for returned/replacement items.
