The Chocolate: Hawaiian Lavender grows In the Upcountry region of Maui nestled in the slopes of Haleakala.  This 60% Dark Chocolate bar is infused with edible dried lavender from upcountry Maui, giving this chocolate just the right amount of floral flavor.

The Story of Hawaiian Lavender:  Lavender has been valued by royalty in Hawaii since the 1800’s. Island Essence continues the tradition and blends, pours, and packages all Hawaiian Lavender hand cleansing sprays, lotion, soaps, oils, mists, candles, and other botanicals in their factory on Maui.

The Story of Cacao: Hawaii is the only state in the U.S. with a climate appropriate for cultivating the tropical fruit tree Theobroma Cacao.
