Shortbread with Hawaii Fruits was launched in 2019. They are rich shortbread cookies, flavored with vanilla and feature our signature Exotic Fruit Jellies from Hawaii grown fruits. Each box contains 5 different fruit flavors:
- Lilikoi Passion Fruit
- Mango
- Guava
- Pineapple
- Papaya
The Story: These amazing cooked are baked and packaged in Hawaii by Maui Fruit Jewels. Maui Fruit Jewels is owned by Lin and Chris, who moved to Maui in 2012. Lin, trained in the pastry arts at Le Cordon Bleu London, uses the bursting flavors of the bountiful local fruit as an opportunity to create something extraordinary. Lin and Chris, along with the local farmers they collaborate with, are proud to bring you this one-of-a-kind classic buttery shortbread incorporating their signature exotic fruit jellies--the essence of the most beautiful place on earth.
