Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us using the information below and include the following details:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or cancel
• Your request to withdraw from the contract

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Even if your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you still have the right to withdraw. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item(s).

Once you notify us of your withdrawal:

• You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of your notification
• We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s) or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
• We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess its condition

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or sealed goods that have been opened. Please contact us if you have any questions.
